09 · FULFILLMENT

Fulfillment Locations

Orders may be prepared and dispatched through fulfillment or logistics facilities used for order processing. The physical shipping origin may differ from the registered business and return address shown in these Terms.

10 · RETURNS & REFUNDS

180-Day Free Return

Eligible purchases may qualify for a return request within 180 calendar days after confirmed delivery, subject to the eligibility requirements and return process stated in the Doutergas Return & Refund Policy.

Customers should obtain the applicable return authorization and instructions before sending a product back so the return can be correctly identified and processed.

Once an eligible returned item has been received, inspected, and the refund has been approved, the applicable refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, subject to any additional processing time required by the payment provider or financial institution.

11 · RETURN ADDRESS

Registered Address & Return Address Are the Same

The registered business address of Inner Mongolia Wangyi Technology Co., Ltd. is also the designated return address for approved Doutergas returns.

Customers should obtain the applicable return instructions before sending an approved return to this address.

12 · ORDER ISSUES

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders

If a product arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or materially different from the product ordered, customers should contact Customer Care and provide the applicable order information together with photos or videos where relevant. After review, an appropriate replacement, refund, return, or other reasonable solution will be provided without additional approved return-shipping cost to the customer for a merchant-side issue.

13 · ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

If you need to request an order cancellation or change, please contact Customer Care as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to assist, but cancellation or modification cannot be guaranteed once order processing, fulfillment, or shipment has begun.
