Approved refunds are generally issued within 5–10 business days after the applicable returned item has been received, inspected, and approved.

After the refund is issued, additional processing time may be required by the relevant payment provider or financial institution before the funds appear in the customer's account.

12 · RETURNS & PAYMENTS

180-Day Free Return

Eligible purchases may qualify for a return request within 180 calendar days after confirmed delivery. Return eligibility, return authorization, free-return arrangements, and refund processing are governed by the Doutergas Return & Refund Policy.
